Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4in, Wt. 171lbs - Lunch: 1 broiled fillet of slamon w/ 1 tablespoon butter chive sauce, 1 cup of steamed mixed veggies, 1 small potato, half a roll. I've discovered that I haven't been eaiting a lot of grains lately, and they're really good for you. I also need to eat more fruit. Later on I had a fatfree frozen yogurt for calcium. Enjoying the rest of summer... |
