Ht. 5'6, Wt. 173 - Alright guys so I'm up 2 pounds in 2 days, I'm thinking it's just "bowel movement yet to pass" but we'll see. I'm on some medication that causes slight constipation (celexa) but whatever, as long as I'm losing fat, I'm happy. Breakfast : 2 clementines(136 cals) and a bottle of Crystal Light (30 cals) Lunch: bowl of chili (340 cals) I have no idea whats for dinner but hey I've only eaten 516 calories and I try to eat anywhere from 1200-1600 a day so I could even have PIZZA, imagine... lol no I'll have lots of healthy food like I don't know maybe some grilled chicken with green beans and rice.
