Ht. 5'3, Wt. 144 - Hey guys. Everyones helped me on here today so I have a better plan in mind...just the normal portion control and exercise deal. Anyway, right now I am a size 11 and I am only moderately overweight, but my ideal goal is to be a size 5-7. Tomorrow, I'm going to have banana walnut instant oatmeal for breakfast with a peach, and I just registered on fitday.com for a free weight loss journal. I'm really excited to start! Anyway, I'm going to Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 20th and its going to be summer there. I would love to be 115 by then! Do you guys think its possible to lose 29 pounds in four months? Or should I shoot for a shorter goal, like 20 lbs?
