Ht. 6'0, Wt. 150 - hey guys...you may remember me from like a long long time ago but i just wanted to do my most current weight and prove to you it is possible my highest weight was 222 pounds i was just months and pounds away from pancriatic failure which you can die from and a type 2 diabetic since i was 6 or 7 i'm insulin resistent meaning any sugar,fat,carb etc. would turn right into fat unlike other peaple who if they ate that it would turn into energy i used to gain about 6lbs a week i know it sounds crazy but its true and yes even though i am tall i was very weak and miserable...i know how all of you on here say obesity is genetic and if your parents are big then your gonna end up that way to my mom is 5'3 140lbs my dad is 6'4 275lbs...kinda big and every doctor i went to said well look at her dad obviously your doing something wrong but i wasn't i ate the same thing any other growing teenager ate...i have been on over 20 different medicines for my cholesterol blood pressure etc. i'm currently only on one Lipitor...a heart medicine yes i'm still a diabetic but my cholesterol has dropped tons and so has everything else...i want to loose another ten pounds so far in about 6 months...i'v lost over seventylbs...i know your going to think thats not healthy but believe me it is i worked my butt off to get where i am today and not ever planning on going back to where i was...i haven't been 150lbs since i was in 4th grade! i just wanted to say it is possible to do this if you stick with it and never give up yes it was tough but oh soo worth it!...good luck everyone...i hope i've helped one any of you...i'll reply to any questions!
