Ht. 6'0, Wt. 200 - hey u guys just wanted to check in and see how everybody was doin, im ok i worked all summer in a VERY hot warehouse all summer doing heavy lifting and walking all freakin day so i did not have time to do planed exercise or to really eat healthy, but nevertheless, i still lost about 11 pounds and gained a significant amount of muscle. my arm, shoulders, and chest are alot more toned and cut, and the cool thing is i did not even try!! but now that i have to quit to go back to skool, im gunna have to go back to traditional exercise and eating healthy. c ya!!
