Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - So yeah I was talking to Lucy before about Protein and Carbs. Today is day one of the challenge: 2000 calories, and at least 40g of protein. I am going to do it for a week, maybe two and see if I notice any changes. If not, then I'll just have a balanced diet for the school year with 30-60 minutes of cardio and let my health be my priority. I agree with Lucy: I have gotten healthier over these past two months even if I havent lost any weight. And one of the biggest health-food perks of all: I used to have really really bad acne....now I have none.
