Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 150 - Ok. I was 150 at the beginning of the summer but then I really started to snack and I gained 10 lb. We went camping for 9 days and every day we did some hiking and ate healthy *three meals and every other day a snack*. But I looked at the calories a lot and helped myself. I lost the 10 lb. I think it would help if you made little chagnes everyday like going for a walk and instead of getting a soda, get a juice, and snacking less. It helped me. Hope it will help you.
