If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Claire, Age 17 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 152 - I haven't been here for a long time. I started doing 4 miles on the treadmill a day along with situps, pushups and stuff but now I'm just lazy...and just bumming arounddd and I think my stomach is getting bigger again. STUPID, STUPID STOMACH! I eat healthy all the time but I've been slacking off on situps and crunches...are there any other easier exercises for the stomach? Also, I missed you all:) hope you lost a good amount of weight while I was gone lol. |
