Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 214 - Hey guys I'm back..And not only did i gain back the 10 lbs that i lost..but i added on another 4. not good. And i can tell, because my clothes don't fit me as well. I start school on wednesday..so my plan is to not eat breakfast (i start school at 8 and i can never eat before that because i get nasuated.) eat lunch at 12:00..(sandwhich, fruit, water) I have to walk AT LEAST a minimum of 30 minutes home every day. Sometimes more. Sometimes I'll walk to school depending if i'm at home or my moms. Then I'll have a snack at 2:30ish when I get home..a fruit or veggie. Then I'll eat dinner at 5:30-6:00ish which is usually a veggie burger, fat free hotdog, or grilled chicken with a small salad covered in french onion dressing? it's pretty good and only 50 calories, and i don't even use that much. For Desert I'll either have a yogurt or pudding cup for calcium and good fat :) I'm going to drink all water except for every 3 days i'll allow myself a gatorade or juice or something. For excersize besides walking from school and back, i plan on making dance routines. I've done it before. This is more like an online diary for me..I want to stay away from the computer as much as possible too. You guys always help me soo much. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR WEIGHT GOALS. and you can SO DO IT!!! Don't give up. Here are some things i heard also.. TIP: Yogurt has 4 or 5 spoonfuls of sugar so make sure not to eat it too much..like some people eat 2 a day. TIP: If you were to stop drinking one can of soda every day, in one year you would lose 14 lbs..wow. TIP: Make sure that whenever you eat, you only restrict yourself to eating at the table..like bb said. If your lazy or watching tv and want to eat something..make sure you do it at the table. TIP: Chew gum while preparing meals and any other time when you feel like you just want to eat food out of bordness. |
