Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 14 Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - I didn't even excercise today!!! But how did I do on eating?? Breakfast: honey smacks cereal w/ milk; Lunch: veggie sub on wheat bread from Quizno's w/ lettuce, tomato, olives, american and cheddar cheese, italian dressing, and guacamole, pepporchinis, baked sour cream and onion chips, and a bottle of diet coke; Snack: cherries; Dinner: spaghetti w/ sauce & parmesean cheese and a cup of milk; FEEDBACK PLEASE! |
