Ht. 5'6", Wt. 150 - I am looking for feedback on how I'm doing as well as motivation and any tips! Please reply to my posts!! Breakfast: honey smacks w/ milk & a banana; Lunch: 5 chicken nuggets w/ ketchup & 2 starbursts & sesame rolls & 100% fruit juice; Snack: bowl of fruit; Dinner: potato cakes w/ ketcup and grape jelly & asian salad & blackberries & a cup of milk; Dessert: an orange creamsicle; Excercise: picking up litter at my job, 20 minutes of tae bo-fat blasting cardio, and a 20 minute walk. How'd I do???
