~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 4'11, Wt. 150 - I want to start eating healthier and exercising regularly. I know it'll be hard with my schedule, but I can try my hardest. The thing is, I want my boyfriend to get healthy with me. We are both overweight and neither of us make healthy choices. We choose ice cream with a movie or pizza for dinner. I'm afraid bringing up the subject of weight loss and being healthy will put up his defenses. Diabetes and heart disease run in my family so this is really important to me. I figure that if we exercise together it'll be easier and more fun for the both of us. I'm just not sure how to bring up the subject without offending him. Any ideas?
