Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Hey guys! Breakfast: higfiber lowfat muffin, yogurt whip/Lunch: light ham and lowfat cheese sandwhich w/ 1 sliced pickle, yogurt w/ unsalted almonds, 2 SMALL wafer cookies/Dinner (plan) 1 turkey burger, tomato salad, baked fries/ So for a snack...we went out to eat last night, and i'm so proud of myself! Before I was able to eat bread, a whole appatizer, a family stlye entree AND dessert! But I was like I just can't eat like that anymore! I only had 1/2 an appitizer of fired calamari (my once a summer treat, haevn't had fast food in like...2 months...), 1/2 an entree of baked eggplant, and like 3 forkfuls of pasta. we have everything else left over! My question is...what should i have for a snack? I think I'll go with SOME, NOT ALL of the eggplant and split the rest w/ my aunt, but what should I do? |
