Ht. 5'8, Wt. 320 - im suppose to intake 2800 calories a day to maintain my current weight and 2400 calories to lose 1-1 1/2 pounds per week but lately i have been eating like i normally do and i have been keeping a log of my calories and i never go over 2000 but i still gain weight so i have set a goal to eat 1500 calories per day and exercise according to statistics i should lose 3 pounds a week if i eat 1500 calories a day or you would lose 105 pounds per year do you think my goal is realistic this is what i ate today Turkey, all classes, light meat, meat and skin, cooked, roasted calories - 268 kcals carbs - 0 g protein - 39 g fat - 11 g KRAFT, STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix Chicken Flavor calories - 107 kcals carbs - 20 g protein - 4 g fat - 1 g KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese Dinner Original Flavor, unprepared calories - 259 kcals carbs - 48 g protein - 11 g fat - 3 g CHRISTIE Honeymaid Graham Crackers calories - 177 kcals carbs - 30 g protein - 3 g fat - 5 g OVERALL calories - 811 kcals carbs - 98 g protein - 57 g fat - 20 g
