Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - Okayy how's everyone? Good I hope? Well i'm starting over with my weight loss. I am so mad at myself, I lost 30 pounds and gained 20 back, so stupid to do. And I feel terrible everyday when I look into the mirror and look at my stomach that two months ago was slimming. Even in my drivers license picture 2 months ago my face was so slim. Im an embarrasment to myself. But i'm ready to get back on track, I guess you could say I could start my senior year off good. BY MY prom May 2007 I want the slimmer body cause I already have the cute face lmao!!. OKAY all jokes aside! I'm going to get in all of my food groups except fats and sugars. I have come to realize that I am the type of person that cannot stop at just one cookie or one slice of cake or one bag of chips. If I just erase it from my mind I won't want it. I'm putting back the loads of salads, fruits, chicken and fish back into my diet. I want absolutely nothing containing high fructose corn syrup hopefully I can avoid things with ingredients that I can't pronounce LOL. I'll have to put back my 45 minutes-1hour of cardio into my plan. I also want to avoid everything fried. This is the final time i'm going to try so that means it's all or nothing for me. I'm tired of looking at my hideous legs and stomach knowing I can do something about it. If I lost the weight once I can definately do it again. Thanks to the encouragement of my extremely wonderful diet buddy LESLIE. I'm ready to do this again. I WISH EVERYONE ELSE THE BEST OF LUCK :)!!!!!!!!!!!
