Ht. 5'1, Wt. 180 - dieting has never been easier...I dont know what happened to me but now I have been eating right, i dont have any cravings, and i have been excersing daily. a bit of advice, dont freak over the calories, I know they are important but they arent everything. focus on getting veggies and fruits. I always treat myself with something at the end of the day. Some times its 100 cal pudding with some fat free cool whip, or sometimes a root beer float popsicle(only 50 cals!!!) I love love love them soooo much. Good luck... p.s im still sooo sore from softball tryouts eekk, but I's on varsity again!
