Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Food today: Breakfast: oatmeal and yogurt/Lunch: panini (Italian sandwhcih) with roasted peppers and mozarella, cup of veggie soup, water/Snacks 1.) fat free frozen yogurt/Snack 2.) 5 crackers with 25 cal salsa/Dinner: speghetti and turkey meatballs, with salad (I think!)
