Ht. 54, Wt. Too Much - well let me first say that i am very proud of my self. I've been overweight since the 3rd grade and i am now entering grade 9. ive been teased and made fun of for 6 years, and ive decided i had enough. i started my diet about 2 weeks ago. Well, i went school shopping yesterday.. i usually wear an XL in juniors.. but today i tried on a Large and it FIT!!! It wasnt hugging mmy stomach, and that was the motivation i needed to be more active in my excersize. I HATE USUING THE TREADMILL!!! So my parents dicided to get me an excersize bike. Also i dont like going to the park or jogging around town. Well this is what i eat.. im on a 1400 Calorie a day diet.Breaksfast- 3/4 Cup of Vanilla Almond Special K with Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk.(ITS DELICIOUS I SOO RECOMMEND THIS MILK!!) Or i will have Eggos Special K Waffles with regular syrup(oopsie i need to but low fat syrup soon) or a whole grain english muffin with some strawberry jelly on it. Lunch- my regular serving of special k, or somethinge else.. today i had steamed vegetables with chicken with brown rice.. leftover from last nights dinner--chinese food!! It was so good. Dinner.. is usually a salad or something if we get fast food, or if my moms cookin ill just have a smaller serving size. OH HERES A TIP!! im reading this book called"the diet for teenagers only" and it really helps! it tells u everything u want to know about calories, what you should eat...etc..really helpful, and it also has cool easy recipies. if u want 1 i would gladly help u!!! omg-snacks- i recommend 100 Calorie Packs of ritz chips minis/gold fishi minis/chip ahoys etc.. they should be in ur snack isle or something and they are good!!!! they come in a box with picks of 5 or 6 individual packages. only 100 calories too! i have 2 of them per day. ALSO- YOUR BODY MAY SOMETIMES CONFUSE HUNGER WITH THIRST-SO IF YOU FEEL HUNGRY-GRAB SOMETHING TO DRINK!! REALLY HELPFUL!
