Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Thanks for the advice about not eating ice cfream for calcium...but I'm not pathetic! I eat like 2 lowfat yogurt and/or puddings and milk a day! I always have a ton of calium in my diet. If it's on thing i can eat, it's yogurt! I love it soo much! And ice cream once in a while is not so bad...I don't by the regular kind, usually like slow churned ligt or something. Plus I fiund this awesome cones that are only 50 cal, no fat, and have 3g of sugar with no artificial sweetners! it's btter than adding alll that syrup and gunk on top.
