Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. CW:173 SG:160 LG:145 - Alright guys so I'm back from my vacation to Pennsylvania, I actually have a great tan for once in my life. With my weightloss a new found confidence has come and I was actually really comfortable wearing shorts and tanktops when it was hot outside. (Lookin pretty fine too hehe) Anyways I'm up 3 from my 1 week vacation... I was expecting worse seeing as we were eating out a lot and I wasn't able to count calories completely accurately. I did the best I could and still had a good time and ocassionally indulged myself ( i had strawberry shortcake icecream twice! only one scoop in a cup though). All in all I had a great time and I'm very much back on track with my "lifestyle change". Using fitday.com again, eating 1300-1600 cals a day and exercising 30+ mins a day. Life is good:) I went shopping for back to school clothes!!! It was the first time where I actually felt *good* trying on clothes. I'm a medium in shirts and a size 11-12 in pants. I've gone up one size every year since I was in grade 4 or something and this is the first year where I have not only stayed the same but dropped from a size 14 to a 11/12!!! IN ONE MONTH, ONLY 15 POUNDS! I think I've really traded in fat for muscle since usually it's anywhere from 10-15 pounds per size when you're in the double digits. I'm feeling good, hope you guys are too!
