Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - Breakfast: Annie's Organic Frozen Veggie Pocket, water/Lunch: 1 cup pasta w/ sauce and 1 meatball, 1 slice of bread w/ olive oil, yogurt/ Exercise: very short walk/Snack: apple w/ caramel I know I'm not very blanced today but I still don't think I've doen too bad, for dinner I'll probably have asalad or like salmon with steamed veggies or soemthing. We're goin out to eat at this super healthy resturant near my house. :0) |
