Ht. 5'6, Wt. CW:173 G1:160 G2:145 - Alright guys my weightloss was going sooo great but recently i've hit a plateau :( I don't drink pop or juice. 1% milk, water and crystal light is all. I eat under 1600 calories a day (no more than 30grams of fat a day) and I exercise 30+ mins a DAY. I'm starting to think that my body has become accustomed to the exercise and new eating habits... I once heard that if you eat nothing but apples (as many as you want but nothing else) for one day (one day only) that it jumpstarts your metabolism into fast gear again but does anyone know of a healthier way???
