Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. 145 - i just went to the doctors yesterday and i lost over 30 pounds this summer and the weird thing is that i havent realyl started a strict diet until like 11 days ago or so.. i just cut down my portions, stopped eating after dinner, and excresized everyday with running and weight training.. now im doign weight wacthers which is amazing cause you can basically have anything and i feel wonderful... i am still pudgy but with another 20 pounds im gong to be heathly, thin and in shape and i will finally be able to stop worrying about wha ti look like.. my advice to everyone.. little changes go a long way .. excersize is the key.. you cant just sit on your ass and diet and expect fantastic results.. good luck everyone love you all
