Ht. 5'6, Wt. CW:172 G1:160 G2:145 - BF: 3/4 cup of plain yogurt with 3/4 cup of granola and 1 cup of fruit (cut up strawberries, kiwis and blueberries)(500 cals) L:sesame bagel with Light cream cheese (400 cals) Snack: 1/2 cup of organic raisins, 8 peanuts, 1/2 of organic shreddies (NO MILK i just ate it dry) I mixed all this stuff together to make a sort of trail mix (300 cals) D: coke (200 cals) I know my dinner is really bad but I was out with friends and I wasn't able to get food its really late and I'm exhausted... 1400 cals today, yay. 40 min walk today too:)
