Ht. 5'7, Wt. 151 - So today i woke up at 11 and had a peice of toast with peanut butter and then i worked out and did the elliptical on a high resistance for 40 minutes then i came home and didnt really eat anything until later and i had a bagel, and then around 4:30 i had a few bites of a sub sandwich and then around 10 when i got home i pigged out. ahh that was my downfall for the day. other than that.... do you guys think i did okay?? i guess the working out probably makes up for it
