Ht. 5'4, Wt. idkk. - amazingg. i always do crunches but then i rememberd in dance in you keep your lower tummy on the ground and press hard on the ground on that part when you do that it helps you get tone in your abs quicker. and i just did like 200-250 of those and i feel like i ched a million pounds off hah you should all try it. if you do this everyday i bet you could lose a lot. just rmemeber healthy foods too =] im giving up junk food form now til as long as i can but im gunna try hard. i did okay today other than a milkshake. anyways. if you all get what im sayin i bet you would say the same. dont stop even when you feel it burnin cuz thats good your burnin all that fat off!
