Ht. 5'9, Wt. 180 - I'm really nervous to weigh myself tomorrow. I did really well this week excercising and eating healthy, but I ruin it every saturday when i'm out with my friends. I had 3 cookies, a smoothie, and a milkshake today. It's completey disgusting! Hopefully the good work i've done throughout the week will still make it so i lost some weight! P.S does anyone know anything good I could bring to lunch at school? I bring sandwhichs and like fruit or something every day but i'm getting sick of sandwichs--any ideas?
