Ht. 5'4, Wt. idkk. - i woke up around 11 today so at 11:30 i had lunch. i had two slices of multi grain bread with 4 slices of turkey. but the turkey was 97% fat free and only 65 calories for 6 slices. thenn i had 6 vanilla wafers because 8 of them are only 140 calories. and i walked around in the store. me and my friend may go jogging today. and im doing 200 or more crunches twice today is this good?
