Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - I`m finally under 170lbs! TOday was my first day of school and I felt pretty good. Food today so far: Breakfast: 1 cup lowfat highfiber, whole grain cereal---Snack: 1 Kashi Trail Mix Granola bar--Lunch: (we went out cause I got out early) 1 bowl all veggie soup, half salmon fillet that came in 1 tbs. butter sauce, cooked veggies, apple--Snack: 1 fig real fruit cereal bar. Exercise: later I`ll pick one of my workout tapes to do! :0)
