Ht. 5'6 1/2, Wt. C:170 G:150 - Alright guys so it's been awhile since I've posted here, I just responded to some other people's posts and I would really appreciate if all you guys would do the same to me:) B: sm leftover peice of 200cal pizza L: organic pear fruit cup, sm organic raisin box(thumb size) 100cals max, apple nutrigrain bar 240cals D: 2 sm chicken pot pies (800 cals), 2 glasses of 1% milk(200cals). Total Cal Count: 1540cals Exercise: 20 min bikeride UP HILL!!! omg my legs are jello again just thinking about it! Alright for days now I've been trying to get into the 160's WHY WON'T IT HAPPEN! GAH! anyone have fast lunch ideas? currently i make: baby spinach salad with 60 cal dressing and torn up peices of 97% fat free turkey. or a turkey sandwich on 100%whole wheat bread with mustard and spinach, sometimes I put these things on a 8gram fiber wrap (only 150 cals). umm leftovers usually include: peasant soup (kidney beans, turkey, chickpeas, cabbage, potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, brocolli) or sometimes a lentil puree (YUM ITS SOOOO GOOD! only 100 cals per bowl(2 cups in bowl)... anyways give me NEW things I'm getting tired of the same ol' same ol'!
