Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - Breakfast: 1 whole grain, lowfat waffle w/ peanut butter and banana/Snack: Kashi TLC Trail Mix Granola Bar/Lunch: leftover serving of lowfat ravioli with sauteed eggplant/Exercise: 30min of intense cardio tape!!!! I feel so great rightb now! And I downed like 1 and 1/2 water bottles! MAybe I'll sigm up for volley ball or soccer... |
