Ht. 5.61, Wt. s-204lb c- 194lb - ive lost 10 pounds in the past few months!!! wow im so excited it took me quite a while to lose it and i was hardly exercising and pigged out more than i should of. i basically just started walking home from school and i got such good results :D. today ive done about 1.5 hours of exercise and its only midday! im going to have lunch soon - tuna on crisp bread. but so far today ive eaten breakfast- 2 pieces wholegrain toast with butter and honey, snack - 2 kiwi fruits :D even my mums noticed ive lost weight!!
