Ht. 5ft. 5", Wt. 169.8 - OMG SO SORRY! But okay food: Breakfast: 1 whole grain waffle with peanut butter and banana, yogurt whip/Snack: Pouch of goldfish/Lunch: ham and cheese (becucase the mayo got on the bread--gross!--so I threw it out), sugar free pudding, 1 cookie (5g of fat 5g of sugar)/Snack: granola bar with nuts in it and stuff, servning of whole grain torilla chips and peach mango salsa. If you're addicted to chips and dip, swap Lays and onion dip for baked chips or torilla chips with jazzy salsa, lowfat sour cream, or mased up avacados. IN fact, if you add a tablespoon of al 3 of them in a small dip, you have a perfect snack!
