Ht. 5'7, Wt. C:172 G:150 - ugh just got home from school, i misplaced my bus pass so i had to walk for 30 minutes in the pooring rain... I'm now in warm fuzzy pyjammas but my hair is wet like i just got out of the shower! Anyways, Breakfast: fruit, granola, silhouette yogurt Lunch: L coffee with 0 cal sweetner and skim milk, a 1/4 cup of spagetti and a "fruit sensation" apple sauce. I know I should have eaten more (especially since I had basketball practice this morning from 6:45-8:00AM)but at lunch time my friends wanted to go to this deli a ways from our school so I didn't have enough time to eat the rest of my spagetti anyways thats okay because tonight for dinner I'm having 100% organic/lean beef burgers on 100%whole wheat bun with ketchup,mustard, and then baby spinach with some steamed vegi on the side... Ok so exercise was basketball practice this morning(1h15 mins), walking to the deli(25 mins) AND walking home(30mins) HOPE ALL OF YOU ARE DOING GREAT!
