Ht. 5'3, Wt. idk - tomorrows plans... breakfast a half bowl of honey nut cherrios (150 calories)with 2 or 1% milk. lunch i'll probably have a tuna samwich or peanut butter on this healthy bread with a fruit bowl (80 calories) and for dinner i'll probably have a lean cruisne or however you spell it which is 400 calories the peanut butter is 250 calories. i might have these south beach cookies that are 100 calories good idea
