Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169.4lbs - Food today: Breakfast: 1 whole grian waffle with peanut butter and banana, lowfat hot chocolate(plus I add water, not milk.), Snack: Goldfish pouch/Lunch: 2 meatballs in Italian bread cut in half, suagr free pudding/Snack: bowl of butternut squash soup and serving of whole grain crackers/Snack: fig bar (I was super hungry)/Dinner: leftover ravioli and eggplant, probably some sort of veggie. BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT!! I like to have a pack of portioned Oreos occasionally, but becuse I have my period, lately I've been giving all that stuff to my friends! I though I couldn't live without Dove dark chocolate or candy corn...but I totally can! On Halloween I won't be trick-or-treating, so that won't be a problem either! / Exercise: 30 min. of intense cardio and strentgth-training workout video! Whoot whoot! That's my 3rd day of exercise this week...so I reache dmy activity goal! It'll get easier when I start gym in Oct. for one day oout of the week,, cuase then I'll only have to do 2 days at home.
