If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. C:172 G:150 - Breakfast: bowl of cereal(190 cals) Lunch: 2 homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, 1 lg peice of pite bread, 1 strawberry yogurt Snack: raspberries Dinner: beef, salad, 1 potatoe Snack: lowfat popcorn.... I did ok today but I can do far better:( |
