If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Kaylee, Age 14 Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - Seems like there has been a lot of posts asking for tips on loseing weight. The responce to everyone has been eat healthy and exercise. I know thats true but there is a lot more to it than that. I have a ton of tips and I feel it's about time for me to start posting again and helping everyone out. So here are my tips. 1. Drink lots of water seriously drink half your weight in oz of water. Like if you were 120 lbs you should drink 60 oz of water. The best way to know if your drinking enough water is if your pee is clear. Kinda weird but true... (Click here to see rest of post). |
