Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 169lbs - Food today: breakfast: light cheese toast, light yogurt, lowfat 50 cal. hot chocolate/SNacl: bag of pretzels/Lunch: AMy's forzen organic veggie and tofu pockets, tomato soup/Snack: lowfat pudding, 7 mini rice cakes/Dinner: lean chicken, some kinds of veggies and possibly poatato and/or bread, we'll see. Exercise: not much. Will do some later, maybe! Today I didn't have any, but latly I've been adding more fruit into my diet and I'm loving it! :0)
