If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From kimberly, Age 13 Ht. 5'4 , Wt. 210 - i have a work out i hope will work. it is a 3 minute workout. you do as many pushups in a minute and jumping jacks in a minute and situps in a minute. then i am going to record it in a book to see if i get better or worse. for any other tips you can give me please do. |
