Message Replying To From missy, Age 13 Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155ish - i did a little better than usual todayy...breakfast:2 waffles with a little bit of syrup. lunch: 2 slices of cheese on wheat bread with an energy bar& a water. Exercise: ride bike to school and home. Ran a mile. 100 crunches, 10 pushups, 20 squats. did i do good? |
