Ht. 4"11, Wt. 150 - Hi I posted before About going from 160 to 115 but quit cause id could not reach my goal of 100-110 so Im going to try again!.Im not sure how much i weigh know im guessing 150.My plan is exercise hard an hour a day everyday & eating 1400 calories a day.Do you think it will work????.Also what is everybody else doing for exercise diet ect?I need some real help im coming back from homeschooling to a high scholl Im so scared & would love to lose some weight.Plus being as short as I am 4"11 & weighing about 150 is NOT HEALTHY.Please respond
