Ht. 5'3, Wt. 210 - I hate being overweight!! I used to weigh 250 and lost weight during the summer. I still diet the way I did when I lost all that weight, but I'm not losing anything. All I do to exersise is ride a bike everyday for thirty minutes and go walking around my neighborhood (about three miles) every once in a while. I eat cereal or toast for breakfast, different things at school for lunch, and whatever my stepmom fixes me for dinner (which is not alot). Then after I do my normal exersises,the bike, I eat a 40 calerie fudge bar. I really want to lose weight. Can ya'll please help me. I am tired of being made fun of by the skinny kids and not being able to do the things that other kids can do. Please email me back at brittanyo2002@yahoo.com .
