Ht. 5.6, Wt. s-204lb c- 189lb - hey!!! i joined the gym and went for my first time today :D i did 20mins on the treadmill (high intensity) and 20 mins on the cross trainer ( high intensity) :P im so happy lol and food so far today i had for brekky - 3 weet-bix with sugar ( i kno sugar!) and lunch i had a ham and salad sandwhich ( tomato, carrot, cucmber, beetroot)....so wat ya think?? and my 2 weeks holidays r over starting moday which means back 2 school :( boooo o well i only got 8 weeks then i get 2 months hols :D wooo... sorry im a tad excited
