Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Okay, food today: Breakfast: Cheese toast/Snack: Weight Watchers 80 cal. 2g of fat mini cake/Lunch: sweet pepper sandwhihc and grapes (I'm italian...so we eat a lot of sauted veggies and stuff!)/Snack: frozen organic feta and spinach pocket, yogurt w/apple crucnhies/DInner: soy chicken burgers, probably some sort of like veggie or something! :0) How am I doing? P.S. I think I'll have more fruit or like a pudding for dessert! |
