Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - So i've been hearing cardio helps you lose weight more. so heres the deal. ill have my normal meals, maybe a sweet here and there but maybe a funsized snickers twice a week. anyways, so im gunna do cardio and gain muscle in my abs. im gunna do 200 crunches a day. 100 morning, 100 at night. im gunna ride my bike to and from school. and im also going to dance around in my room or jumprope for a half hour-one hour eachday...depends what mood im in. and i drink 6 cups of water a day. =] sound good?
