Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Food today: Brekafast: Weight Watchers muffin/Snack: WW mini cake/Lunch: ham and cheese sandwhcih, light fruit parfet/Snack: leftover peppers/DInner; Healthy choic frozen dinner (chicken with rice, apple crisp, and corn) with side of strinbeans w/ cranberries in tad of butter/Dessert: not sure yet, have to go out to a shw now!
