Message Replying To From Mandy, Age 15 Ht. 5.6, Wt. s-204lb c- 189lb - hiyaaaa! food today: B-2 weet-bik withe milk and sugar, L-penutbutter and jam sandwhich on wholegrain, S-hanful almonda nad low-fat honey buzz yogurt, D- 2 chickem fillets with salad... i need to eat more fruit i think...mmm exercise 30min treadmil ( high intensity), 20 mins bike (high intensity) and 10 on the crosstrainer at mega high intensity lol oh and i did 1 minute on the stepper lol and 18 push ups, 20 sit ups and 18 fitball wall squats (put the ball agiast a wall lean on it and squat) yea thats all for today maybe i might have desert but i dont kno wat itll be maybe an apple xoxo |
