Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Isabella, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Hey all! Food today: Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin, fDOel fruit and parfait cup/Snack: South Beach cookies/Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwhcih on whole wheat bread, fat free yogurt/SNack: cup of ministone soup, sugar free pudding/DInner: WW turkey dinner w/ string beans and probably a little slice of birthday cake becuase I'm going to my friends party tonight! I am well aware that I eat too many sweets for snacks and too much sugar...besides the sugar anyhow like the cookies have no actual nutrients. But you see I've taken my weight losss in steps,, like cutting out soda gradually, not putting butter on my bread, not having second portions, etc. I think the next step will be to eat fruit instead of sweets, more whole grains, and milk(proven to keep people slim and healthy). My doctor said it was O.K to have a sweet 2 twice a week. So this week my period led me to at on a scale of 1 to 10 *10 being the best* I'd say a 5 becuase I did fairly well but still ate too many sweets. Next will be SO much better, let me tell you! :0) (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.) |
