Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - i'll eat whatever, but not so much junk. just as long as i get lots of excercise. today's meals--- breakfast-waffle crisp. lunch-fat free turkey and cheese sandwich. snaack- kelloggs bar/90 calories. dinner-subway. snacks-cheesedoodle& a hershey bar. 3 cups of hot cocoa. and a slim mint. =] excercise-cheerleading practice, cardio for 15 minutes. 100 crunches. jump roping for 15 minutes.
